00 TYPOGRAPHIC BESPOKENESS IN CONTEMPORARY GRAPHIC DESIGN

A series of exploratory pamphlets, readers, and self-folding posters surrounding ‘bespoke’ typography; how the language and marketing of custom typography engulfs how we consume design.

EMMA NOEL
is a graphic designer, typographer + creative director. Her approach to design is generative, dynamic, and often multi-faceted. Much of her practice explores themes of experimentally, print-ness, and variation in modes of making.

Emma enjoys building identity systems, working with type and layout, dabbling in 3D rendering, and all things print. Her professional experiences span across creative agencies, global and luxury fashion brands, in-house digital design, and print editorial.

Emma holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design

She is also a MA candidate in Graphic Communications at the Royal Danish Academy. Currently based between Copenhagen, Denmark and Brooklyn, New York.
